This mostly occurs on mobile, it's because of how the site is processed for mobile on Wix. Try scrolling up and down until everything loads in or refreshing the page. The site is still completely functional when this happens, it just doesn't look as good.

Another (now more common) issue may be if you are using our site through our Bricklink Splash Page as there are some known issues with how sites are rendered on mobile on Bricklink. If this is the case, I would recommend clicking the link on the black bar at the top of the page as shown in the image below.
